Protects new inventions or processes, by granting the exclusive right to make, use, or sell the invention.
Gives inventors exclusive rights to make, use, or sell the invention for a set period
What is Trade Secrets?
Confidential business information that provides a competitive edge, such as formulas, processes, or proprietary practices.
Keeps valuable information secret to maintain business advantages.
What is Trademarks?
Helps consumers recognize and trust a brand, while preventing others from using similar identifiers
