Ultrasound is by far the most common
Sometimes MRI is used as well
Fluoroscopy and CTs are not commonly used.

Abdominal ultrasound
Transvaginal ultrasound
Why is CT scans not used commonly in imaging of the female reproductive tract?
Because it is highly mitotic and radiation can lead to malignancy.
1 in 263 CTs of the female reproductive tracts lead to malignancy.
When is CT used in imaging of the female reproductive tract?
When assessing staging of malignancy.
What is the most common modes of imaging of male reproductive tract?
MRI
Unless it’s for testes then ultrasound is used.

Follicular cysts
Corpus luteal cysts
Haemorrhagic cysts
Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Mature cystic ovarian teratoma
