Alcohol levels of 15-22% abv.

Pink/ rosé.
Which climate will result in wines with higher acidity?
Cooler.
Other than the addition of unfermented grape juice how else can a medium sweet white wine be created?
The yeast is removed before all the sugar is converted into alcohol.
Which red grape makes wine high in both tannin and acidity?
Cabernet Sauvignon.
Apart from alcohol, what else is created in the fermentation process?
Carbon Dioxide (used for sparkling wines).
