- Wipe neck with clean cloth
- Draw cork gently
- Clean neck again
- Pour sample to check condition

- Remove top of capsule
- Clean neck
- Remove corck
- Pour into decanter until deposit is shown

- Hold cork
- Tilt @ 30, hold cork & grip the base of the bottle
- Turn the bottle & hold the cork
- Ease cork out.
