  3. Draw cork gently
  4. Clean neck again
  5. Pour sample to check condition

  1. Remove foil & wire cage
  2. Hold cork
  3. Tilt @ 30, hold cork & grip the base of the bottle
  4. Turn the bottle & hold the cork
  5. Ease cork out.
