Disobeys a lawful command (and)
-intends to disobey, or is reckless when disobeying the command

Intentionally obstructs or intentionally fails to assist when called upon who is;
(a) a Service Policeman in his duty
- a person subject to law carrying out a lawful on behalf of a Provost Marshall
- reasonable cause to believe that the person is a SP or
(b) a person is a SP or themselves working on behalf of a Provost Marshall
Points to prove for Resistance to arrest?
When ordered into arrest;
- disobeys an order
- uses violence against the arresting party
- uses threatening behaviour

- uses violence or threatening behaviour against the arresting party
- has reasonable belief that the arresting party has duty to apprehend them
