A

Hand delivery to the D, Hand delivery to the D usual place of abode, by leaving the summons and complaint with a person over 15 who resides there and informing the person of the process contents, or leaving it at this house with a 15 or above person without informing them when they have evaded service.

A

You must provide a Written dated notice of the complaint identifying the court it was filed in and sent via certified mail, return receipt requested. It must also tell the D of the consequences if they fail to comply. You also put a written request for a waiver of personal service in there and a prepaid envelope so they can reply.
