If you remove or disconnect one component, the whole circuit is broken
They have increased voltage with increased cells

Total resistance is the sum of the resistance if each component

Each component is connected separately
The voltage is the same across each branch
Current is shared between branches
Total current going into a junction = Total current leaving a junction
Components in parallel have the same current
If you add a second resistor in parallel, then resistance will decrease
