Return the clear bones for another round of boiling for a few minutes

Remove the skin and viscerate of the frog with a scalpel or a pair of scissors, as much as possible. Take care of not damaging the bones.

Take out the specimen and remove as much flesh as possible from the frog by chipping away.

Put the animal in near-boiling water. Just allow the solution to simmer.

Dry the bones and articulate in order.

Bleach the bone in 20% hydrogen peroxide (locally agua oxinada) solution (mix 20 ml pure hydrogen peroxide to 80 ml water) until the bones are white in looking.

Soak the bones in warm water with detergent to degrease.

Defat in acetone if necessary.
