A
IT makes it so that if they did some violent acts 3 years after being sentenced they have to do 100 percent of the next sentence.

What does a presentence reprot have in it?
A
Hospitalizations, prior medical records, family background, information about the D in general.

At the sentencing hearing what does the D have to say that can help?
A
They can point out that the D is insane, the D i preganant female and death sentence is to be pronounced. THey are not the person who was sentenced, the d pardon from the offense.
