What is the custody threshold test?
Is the offence serious enough that a fine or community order wouldn’t justify it.
What is the community order threshold test?
Is the offence serious enough for a community order sentence.
What is conditional discharge?
Requirement to not offend for a period.
What is absolute discharge?
No punishment is necessary.
What is an compensation order for (and section)?
S.133: For personal injury suffered by victim.
