what are Likert scales?

you get more people to complete a questionnaire that an interview.

you get to talk face to face.
you get to ask extra questions.
people tend to be more honest.

people may rush and not answer questions properly.

they are time-consuming.

what is nominal data?
this is the lowest level of data. It is a ‘headcount’ of the number of participants.
