Section 112:

Items you want to remove must fall within the scope of the original search
Section 116:
Secure a place and exclude any person from there.
If search is being impeded or RGTB that any person would obstruct or hinder your ability
Exclude the person from place or vehicle
Give reasonable direction to that person
Section 117:
If Search Warrant is or is about to be made
RGTB that EM will be CADD or removed
Enter and secure place, vehicle or thing
Secure any item
Direct any person to assist with entry and securing
Section 118:
Power to detain people when searching places and vehicles for the purposes of determining whether there is any connection between a person at the place or vehicle
Section 119:
Search people found when searching place and vehicles if RGTB that evidential material is on that person or
RBTS the person is in possession of a dangerous item that poses a threat to safety and you believe action is needed to address
Section 120:
- Fresh Pursuit
- RGTB EM on person
- Enter any place
- To apprehend and search person or vehicle
Section 121:
Power to stop vehicle for search
if authority to execute SW or Warrantless power
Section 122:
Power to move vehicle for search / safekeeping
Section 123:
Power to seize items in plain view.
If exercising a search power you may seize anything you have RGTB you could have seized under a SW or other power
Section 127:
Power to:
- Enter any place
- To locate the vehicle to execute the Search Warrant if
- RGTB that the vehicle is there
