Must before initial entry:
- announce intention to search
- ID by name/QID
- provide evidence of ID if not in uniform

Before initial entry provide occupier with:
- copy of SW

Do not need to comply if RGTB no person lawfully present or compliance would endanger safety, prejudice successful entry or prejudice ongoing investigations

If no one present, must leave copy of SW (or within 7 days)
