What is section 122?
Seize or impound vehicle for up to 12th s if RGTB public safety is at risk.
- may be extended for a further 12th if no change in circumstance.

10 working day seizure.

- powers of entry for EBA.
- must be freshly pursuing
119 (3)
- freshly pursuing, fear of CADD, vehicle about to be used in crime, impracticable to obtain warrant
- seize vehicle without warrant.
