Amber For my Left/ Right turn signals, Four-way flashers, and Clearance lights .

Clear for my Headlights/ High Beams.
Look under truck. Not leaking or leaning. (Open the truck)

Passenger Side engine compartment

Answer 2

General overview at first approach, Everything is PMS nothing is CDL. Theres no ABC on any hoses. Nothing is leaking

Radiator Is (PMS) not CDL or leaking. Radiator hoses are (PMS) hot CDL/ABC or Leaking
Alternator is (PMS) It’s not CDL, BELT DRIVEN Check belt No more than 3/4” play and wires are (PMS)

Exhaust is (PMS) is not CDL or leaking. Black soot not visible around clamps. Starts at engine ends at muffler

Windshield washer fluid reservoir is (PMS) not CDL, or leaking, at proper level. Full: CAP IS present.

Question 3

Drivers Side Engine Compartment

General overview at first approach, Everything is PMS nothing is CDL. Theres no ABC on any hoses. Nothing is leaking

Radiator is (PMS) not CDL or leaking.

Radiator hoses are (PMS) not CDL/ABC or Leaking
Coolant Reservoir is (PMS) not CDL, or leaking, at proper level. FULL (Cap in place)
Water pump is (PMS), not CDL or leaking, BELT DRIVEN, No more than 3/4” play in belt (if belt driven).
Check for proper Oil level - pull out dipstick and clean with cloth. Re-insert and check fluid level, FULL

Air Compressor is PMS and it is not CDL or leaking, GEAR DRIVEN. All hoses are PMS and not leaking, (HIDDEN)

Steering

Answer 4

Power Steering Pump is PMS and are not CDL on leaking and is GEAR DRIVEN Hidden

Power steering fluid reservoir is (PMS) not CDL and is at the proper operating level. Full, Cap is present.

Power steering Hoses are (PMS) have no ABC and not leaking

Steering gear box is (PMS) not CDL or leaking not missing any bolts,

Pitman arm, Drag link, Steering arm and knuckle are not CDL, (PMS) with castle nuts and cotter pins.

Tie rod, is not CDL or bent and is (PMS)

Suspension

Leaf spring hanger/shackle, leaf springs, U-bolts and bump stop are (PMS) not CDL. Leaf springs not missing or shifted
Shock is (PMS) by the upper and lower mounts and are not CDL or leaking

Brakes

Brake hose & ABS wire are (PMS) wilth fitings and clamps, have no ABC and are not leaking.

Brake Chamber and Clamp are (PMS) not CDL or leaking, signs of leaking is air noise or audible.

Slack Adjuster and Push Rod are (PMS) not CDL, push rod has NO MORE than 1” of play when brakes are released Brake

Drum and Brake pads (PMS) not CDL. Nof contaminated with oll or grease. Pads not dangerously thin

Wheels

Answer 7

Inner and outer rim is (PMS) not CDL. No illegal welds.

Inner and outer tire does not have any ABC, no legal patches, no uneven wear, MINIMUM 4/32 tread depth

Lug nuts are (PMS) not CDL or missing. (No sign of rust or metal shavings indicating loosesness.)

Wheel hub seal is (PMS) not CDL or leaking is at the proper level, Explain how to check level

Valve stem is (PMS) not CDL or leaking. Cap present Check air pressure with a pressure gauge to manufacture specifications .
