Do PR apps need a lead reviewer?

A

Yes… CI should be notified of lead reviewers name.

Lead reviewer should contact CI (themself or via AO) before review for any further clarification.

Process for moving to full meeting?

A

Notify applicant first. Check if they have preference on where it gets moved to. Confirm with receiving REC they can take it. Confirm with CI.

Arrange transfer. Clock is not stopped during. Send SL8 to applicant, explaining reason.
