What does a flashing red or yellow light mean?
Red: Come to a full stop, then proceed with caution when the path is clear to cross or turn.
Yellow: Slow down and proceed with caution when crossing or turning.
What do you do at an intersection where the traffic lights aren’t working?

Pedestrians always have the right-of-way, no matter the circumstances. If they are crossing, let them cross.
What should you do when an emergency vehicle is coming up behind you?
Pull over to the right, or slow down if this is not possible.
If you are stuck following an emergency vehicle, how should you proceed?
Stay behind fire trucks 500 feet and police 300. Do not park within 1 block of a fire truck with flashing lights.
What is the Move Over Law?
If you see any vehicle with flashing lights, you are required to move one lane over to give it safe space. If you cannot do this, you must slow down while passing.
What should you do if a school bus is stopped on a road?
Stop, even if you are going the other direction, unless there is a physical division between the sides of the road. Be aware of children that may dart out.
