What does the basic speed law state?
The speed law requires that you never drive A vehicle at a speed Greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing.
Max limits for towns or cities
Thirty miles per hour
Max speed limit for any separate and multiline highway as designated posted by the secretary of transportation
75 mph
Max speed limit on state or federal highway.
65 mph
Max speed a limit on country or township road
55 mph
Max speed limit on school zone or business district

Seatbelt policy
If a law of horsemen officers, he’s an understrained adult in the front seat or an unrestrained child anywhere in the vehicle Then that vehicle can be stopped solely for that violation.
Child restraints for a child under the age of four
Must be restrained and a federally approved child safety seat.
Child restraints for children ages four to eight
Must be restrained and a federally approved child safety seat or booster.
Child restraints 8 year old and older
Must be protected by a seatbelt
Where should infants not be placed?
An airbag equipped seat position.
Where should you not make U-turns?
Do not make a u turn on the curve near the top of a hill or anywhere you can not be seen by drivers for at least 500 feet.
When you may, you pass somebody on the right.
When driving on one way, streets and highways marked for 2 or more lanes of traffic, moving in the same direction.
Law on following other vehicles.
Requires that you not follow a vehicle more closely than what is reasonable and prudent. You must be able to stop or turn an order to avoid a collision at the vehicle in front of you suddenly stops.
How must you stop for a stop sign?
The stop sign, you must stop completely at a clearly marked stop line, but if there is none before entering a crossword on the near side of the intersection. Or it’s none then at a point near the intersecting roadway.
