Any INTEREST HELD BY ANY PERSON OTHER THAN THE OWNER

They RESTRICT THE USE OF THE PROPERTY, REDUCE ITS VALUE OR BOTH.

They should be NOTED ON THE DEED.

NO. It’s an INTEREST IN LAND.
