A

PIs should be available to work all hours and days, work well in stressful environments, be ethical and possess the follow skills: good observation skills, good photography skills, good tech skills, above average communication skills (both orally and in written notes and reports), organizational ability, resourcefulness (the ability to decide which databases to use, for example, and how to use them) and tenacity.

A Private Investigator cannot break and enter onto private property.
