Neighborhood Electronic Vehicle and Low Speed Vehicle. They typically reach a speed of 25mph and are restricted from roads where the roads are 35mph or higher.

Slow vehicles are restricted from roads where the speed limit is 35mph or greater.
How fast can NEV or LSV’s go?
Slow vehicles can typically go up to 25mph
Are horse drawn vehicles allowed to share the road?
Yes, animal/horse drawn vehicles are allowed to share the road with motor vehicles and it’s illegal to scare them.
