What are the kinds of powers of the corporation?

Answer 1

a) express powers - are the powers that are expressly provided in the RCCP, applicable special laws, administrative regulations and Articles of Incorporation.

b) implied / necessary powers - are the powers that are reasonably necessary for the execution of the powers expressly granted and are not impliedly excluded.

c) inherent / incidental powers - are the powers that are deemed conferred on the corporation because they are incidental to its existence.
