Now straighten the leg flex foot arm forward for 3 more quick moves

Arm up, bendstretch tempo

Other cues: foot only a few inches off the ground
Working leg straight as a nail
Move from seat

Extend your right leg behind you on floor and use seat to lift leg up

16x 8/8’s 3/4 length, point, squeeze in and hold

32x 8/8’s Heel to seat, flex, squeezein tempo
32x 8/8’s Press up tempo

Other cues: heel glued to seat
Hips shine down like headlights
Relax shoulders
Navel to spine

Correction- press on flexed foot and get rid of arch in back then bring head up

Or place hand on upper back and say lengthen
