assess pt call 999 airway lie flat + raise feet remove source +/- suction oxygen 0.5ml 1:1000 adrenaline repeat after 5mins
may use inhaler to help with bronchospasm

assess sit pt up oxygen salbutamol inhaler 4x100micrograms via space call 999 >5mins

assess oxygen GTN 2 puffs, 3 mins 999 300mg chewed aspirin

assess do not restrain, ensure not at risk airway oxygen >5min 10mg buccal midazolam
