Uses of Scrum (5)
- Research and identify viable markets, technologies, and product capabilities;
- Develop products and enhancements;
- Release products and enhancements, frequently
- Develop and sustain Cloud and other operational environments for product use
- Sustain and renew products
Scrum Theory is founded on
empirical process control theory, or empiricism
Three pillars uphold every implementation of empirical process control:
transparency
inspection
adaptation.
Scrum prescribes four formal events for inspection and adaptation
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Scrum
- Sprint Review
- Sprint Retrospective
The Scrum pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaptation come to life and build trust for everyone when these 5 values are embraced ?

Scrum Team consists of (3)
a Product Owner, the Development Team, and a Scrum Master

- They are self-organizing.
- They are cross-functional

- Members may have specialized skills and areas of focus, but accountability belongs to the Team as a whole.
