Only the Development Team can assess what it can accomplish over the upcoming Sprint.

The Sprint Goal is
an objective set for the Sprint that can be met through the implementation of Product Backlog.
What the scrum master teaches the development team about the Daily scrum?
Scrum master teaches the team to keep within 15 minutes

What does the development team do in the Sprint Review?
• discusses: what went well, what problems it ran
into, and how those problems were solved;
• demonstrates the work that it has “Done” and answers questions about the Increment;
What is the role of the Product Owner in the Sprint Review?
- He explains what Product Backlog items have been “Done” and what have not been “Done”;
- He discusses the Product Backlog as it stands. He or she projects likely target and delivery dates based on progress to date (if needed);
When does sprint Retrospective occur?
• occurs after the Sprint Review and prior to the next Sprint Planning
How long is the sprint retrospective?
This is at most a three-hour meeting for one-month Sprints (or less)
What opportunity does sprint review provide?
Provides an opportunity to focus on inspection and adaptation
The “sprint review” reviews
Review of the timeline, budget, potential capabilities, and marketplace for the next releases of functionality or capability of the product.
What benefit does sprint review provide to the next sprint?
Provides valuable input to subsequent Sprint Planning
How long is the daily scrum?
15 minute time-boxed
Who is responsible for conducting the daily scrum?
The team is responsible for conducting the meeting not the scrum master
What happen to the quality goals during the sprint?
Quality goals do not decrease
How can scope change during the sprint?
Scope may be clarified and re-negotiated between the Product Owner and Development
Team as more is learned.
