What are the 2 caveats to the late notice fee script?

A

1) Always guide the patient to reschedule not cancel
“When can I reschedule that appointment for you?” DO NOT ASK “Do you want to reschedule?” or “Would you like to reschedule?”.

2) There may be circumstances where the Late Notice Fee can be waived such as Sick child, broken down car, Covid, situations that CAN NOT be avoided
