What should you say if the caller asks “what is this about?” after the intro?
“ yeah, this is in regards to that request you sent in on Facebook for our (diabetes whole life insurance programs OR guaranteed whole life programs). It looks like you listed _____ as your beneficiary? Is that right?
What should you say in the intro if the caller is diabetic?
“OK, it shows here you were diagnosed with diabetes (before / after) age 50. Is that correct?”
What should you say in the intro if the caller is NOT diabetic?
“OK, and it shows here you listed your date of birth as ______________. Is that correct?”
What should you say if the client DOES NOT already have coverage?
“OK it shows here you do not have any coverage in place. Were you just looking to leave something behind for the family? Or are you just trying to cover the burial expenses?”
What should you say if the client ALREADY has coverage?
“OK it shows here you do have some coverage in place. Were you just looking to add onto what you currently have or are you just trying to see if you could find something a bit more affordable?”
What do you ask for after the YES coverage statement?
Get policy information:
1 Ok gotcha and how much coverage do you currently have in place?
2 How much are they making you pay for that?
3 OK, by chance who are you with? Is there like a two year waiting period?

“Ok (name) and kinda how we work is that we just specifically ONLY help those with diabetes find the most affordable and reduced rates they may qualify for statewide. And, the way that we are able to do that for you is that we work with ALL 26 companies here in the state. And my job is to see if you are eligible for these programs that are ONLY available for those with diabetes OK?”

And the way we are able to do that for you is that we work with ALL 26 companies here in the state. And my job is just to help you find the most affordable plan that you may qualify for as a senior.
