A

Asymptomatic:
- three 1st degrees or 2nd degrees (with at least 1 <55)
- Three 1st degrees at any age

-High risk familial syndromes (eg lynch)
-A family member who has a lynch syndrome related cancer
- Familial polyposis sydnrome
