None, if negative prior screening. If hx of CIN2, CIN3, AIS should continue for 20 years beyond tx

HIV+ or immunocompromised

Based on RF (ie. FDR with young breast ca, 2 relatives with breast ca any age, family hx of male breast ca)
Indications for CRC screening <50
45 for African americans CRC or polyps in a FDR <60 CRC or polyps in 2 FDR any age Fam hx of FAP Fam hx of HNPCC Hx of CRC, polyps, IBD
Indications for osteoporosis screening <65
9.3% FRAX score or other risk factors (hx fragilty fracture, wt <127 lbs, meds/diseases that cause bone loss, smoker, EtOH, RA)
Indications for DM screening younger than 45 or more frequent than q 3 years?
- parents or siblings with DM
- IBW >120% or BMI >27
- Hx of GDM or infant with BW >4 kg
- Ethnic grp: native american, hispanic, african american, pacific islander, asian american
- HTN
- TG >250 mg/dl
- PCOS
