Scout on Mrs Gates hypocrisy.

Scout realising being a woman was a brave thing.
“If Aunty could be a lady at a time like this, so could I.”
Scout’s fear of being a lady.

Scout learning from Atticus and feeling empathy to Boo at the end of the novel.
“Atticus was right. One time he said you never really know a man until you stand in his shoes and walk around. Just standing on the Radley porch was enough.”
