- Competitive antagonist at muscarinic receptors
- Blocks cholinergic transmission from vestibular nuclei to higher CNS centers and from the reticular formation to the vomiting center

Adverse Reactions

- Drowsiness
- Increased HR
- Inhibits saliva/sweat production (dry mouth)
- Depresses motor function
