A

Infective or inflammatory change of the sclera that is sight threatening

Anterior most common
Rarely posterior including serous retinal detachment

A

Gradual onset piercing unilateral eye pain with globe tenderness
Diffuse or localised
Scleral

A

IBD
Rheumatoid
Polyangiitis with granulomatosis

Treatment

A

NSAIDs
+/- steroids 1mg/kg pred lololol
If PolyangGran = mycophenolate
Sometimes cyclosporine
