How does it present?

A

Typical symptoms :
.generalized or local redness of the eyes
.mild soreness or discomfort
.typically less painful
.no vision loss
.Bright red eye
.Vessels blanch with phenylephrine drops and can be moved by a cotton swab

A

Treatment of non infectious scleritis?

A

.Always requires systemic therapy :
.nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
.glucocorticoids
.other immunosuppressive drug
🚨Steroid injection is contraindicated
