What is an Aim
Purpose or goal of an investigation or experiment.
What is a Hypothesis
An estimate or a guess based on prior knowledge and reliable information for an experiment/ investigation etc.
What is an Equipment list
A list of equipment needed for a study/ investigation/ experiment.
What is a Method
The way of completing or performing a scientific experiment/ procedure normally written as descriptively as possible.
What is an observation?
The act of attentively noticing or perceiving, and acquiring information from a primary source, often involving the use of senses or scientific instruments to collect and record data
What is an Inference
A conclusion that is reached based on the evidence an data collected from an observation.
What is a Quantitive Observation?
An observation that includes numerical data, numbers and statistics.
What is a Qualitative Observation?
An observation that uses the 5 senses to create an observation. They normally focus on the qualities and characteristics instead of the numbers.
