What does a pedigree look like with a recessive trait? A dominant trait?

A

Recessive (diabetes)–F1 generation has dominant trait and recessive trait–disappears
F2 generation–Recessive trait comes back
Dominant (Marfan’s Syndrome, Polydactyly)–Show itself in F1 and F2 generations only way to get rid of it is to match recessive traits
