The way scientists study and learn about the world
Scientific Method
Using your five senses to gain information about something
Observation
Using your senses to describe the characteristics of an object-color, texture, taste.
Qualitative Observation
Using numbers or measurements to describe something

Variable
What must stay the same in an experiment
Control Variable

Responding Variable
Claim, Evidence, Reasoning

Is the answer to the question you are
trying to answer.
Claim
