Big Bang Theory
The Big bang theory was a tremendous explosion on earth.
Irregular galaxy
Galaxies that don’t fit into any other class.
Spiral galaxy
galaxy that have a bulge at the center and spiral arms.

the earth and space and everything in space
nebula
a large cloud of gas and dust in interstellar space.
pulsar
a rapidly spinning neutron start that emits rapid pulses of radio and optical energy.
quasar
a very luminous star like object that generates energy at a high rate,
supernova
a gigantic explosion in which a massive star collapses and throws it’s outer layers into space.
constillation
a region of the sky that contains a recognizable star pattern and that is used to describe the location of objects in space.
milky way
it includes everything in space.
astronomy
the study of the universe.
year
the time it takes for the earth to orbit around the sun
month
a division of the year that is based on the orbit of the moon around the earth.
day
the time required for earth to rotate once on it’s axis.
refracting telescope
a telescope that uses a set of lenses to gather and focus light from distant objects.
