- supine on elbows, then throw arms back and out (need good flexibility)
- hands under pelvis, use elbow flexion
- walk on elbows to sidelying, hook arm under thigh

- sidelying to long sit by walking on elbows and hook arm under thigh
- muscle up using triceps
Low paraplegia Supine –> Long sit
