A
  1. Respiratory Diseases (particularly Pneumonia)
  2. Infective and Parasitic Disease (predominantly Sepsis)
  3. Diseases of Pulmonary Circulation (many are Pulmonary Embolus)
    * #1 cause used to be Renal Failure
