Vibration (vibrec), medication (viagra, cialis), physical stimulation (cock ring, vacuum device), gel/intracavernous injections (trimex (prostaglandin, phentolamine, papaverin); phenylephrine brings it down)

Wash bladder out with saline, use vibration, then take ejaculate out of the bladder, wash the sperm, and inject into the uterus

Decreases sperm count, effects motility

Psychologically helps, samples before fertility effected
What is electroejaculation?
Stimulate the pelvic nerve in Urology office, have retrograde ejaculation, and collect sperm
What is sperm extraction?
Aspiration from epidimis, vas deferens or testicle
Why is sperm extraction not the best option?
Counts are lower so must do IVF and higher cost
