What is positive symptoms and the two types?

Positive symptoms are adding to the behaviour that doesn’t exist ,
Hallucinations = ( auditory - hearing voices that aren’t actually there, Visual - seeing things that are not there)
Delusions - Delusions of persecution are when a person believes that something or someone is out to hurt them.
Delusions of grandeur are when a person believes that they are powerful and or important.
