Foll symptoms seen for >1 month (ICD)/ >6 months (DSM):
1. Positive psychotic symptoms (Mesolimbic pathway):
>Delusion
>Halucination
>Disorganised thinking
>Disorganised/Catatonic behaviour
2. Negative psychotic symptoms(Mesocortical pathway):
>Apathy
>Avolition
>Attention deficit
>Anhedonia
>Alogia
>Affective blunting/flattening
