Scene 9 Flashcards
Gertrude: What in the world is going on out here?
Cameron: Woman! I need you to make me the exact same attire this man here wears.
Gertrude: Gertrude is someone who greatly enjoys her peace and quiet. Why are all these people here, George?
Cameron: I can pay you handsomely, peasant. Handsomely!
Gertrude: Shhh! All the world’s a stage.
Cameron: Did you hear that, darling? Squire! Help her run!
Messenger: She didn’t. Heather–who is a girl, not a plant–just took it. It was actually for him.
Cameron: Me?
Eleanora: Yes. Like I said, shrewd for an eight year old.
Cameron: So your intentions were noble?
Heather: My prince!
Cameron: My darling!
Eleanora: Heather, stop talking.
Cameron: Ahem. I would greatly appreciate it if you would keep it quiet that you are not a real dragon. I would much prefer the kingdom to think that I depleted–
Brownby: He means defeated.
Cameron: Yes, defeated. That I defeated a horrible — though I must say, stylish — dragon to save their future Queen.
George: Sure, I can do that…if I can plan your wedding. And you write me a great review for my new ad in the Yellowed Pages.
Cameron: Done. Gertrude! I will need new clothes for my wedding! My squire, whose name I do know, will give you my measurements. Heather, let us return to the palace.
