(1) Lyclear/quellada
(2) 1/4 tube, 1/2 tube and full tube
(3) Apply from the chin down. Cool, dry skin over whole body - especially in between fingers, toes, elbows, wrists, buttocks - everywhere except head and neck. Ensure reapply if wash hands after treatment
leave on for 8-14 hours
Typically require a second treatment in 7 days

(1) same as permethrin

(2) test small amount for 10 minutes to see severity of SEs, use if allergy to permethrin.
