Brown-Sequard syndrome
A
- Ipsilateral loss of tactile discrimination, pressure, vibration, and proprioception
- Ipsilateral loss of motor function, spastic paralysis
- Contralateral loss of pain, temperature (bilateral at level of injury)

Anterior cord syndrome
A
flexion injury
- bilateral loss of motor function
- spastic paralysis below level of lesion
- bilateral loss of pain and temp
- preservation of proprioception, kinesthesia, vibration

Posterior cord syndrome
A
extremely rare
- bilateral loss of proprioception, vibration, pressure, epicritic sensation (sterognosis, 2 point, etc)
- preservation of motor function, pain, and light touch
