o Current run-the-business vs built-the-business changes
o Why? Because I invested a lot of time and energy into building, supporting, and learning about these application
 Also very invested in USAA and its potential and I feel like this may not be the best move because we tried it before and went away from this model
 Process improvements may not be discovered
 More money for slower turn around fixes with less oversight, etc..
o But I support our leaders and will do what I can to continue to offer my expertise and help and shift my time back to building the business and invest just as much time and commitment into that
