o Current run-the-business vs built-the-business changes
o Why? Because I invested a lot of time and energy into building, supporting, and learning about these application
Also very invested in USAA and its potential and I feel like this may not be the best move because we tried it before and went away from this model
Process improvements may not be discovered
More money for slower turn around fixes with less oversight, etc..
o But I support our leaders and will do what I can to continue to offer my expertise and help and shift my time back to building the business and invest just as much time and commitment into that
