Q

Scale factor: A ratio of the copy size to the actual size of the object. It is also the value of the ratio given in the scale. For example, consider a scale drawing with a scale of “1 foot: 100 feet.” This means that the scale is the ratio 1 foot: 100 feet, which indicates that 1 foot on the drawing represents 100 feet of actual length. And the value of this ratio, 1:100 , is called the scale factor for the drawing.

What is the ratio of the actual height of the wolf stuffed animal to the height of the life-sized wolf? Are these two ratios the same? Is the wolf stuffed animal a scale model of the actual wolf?
