What is Lofgren’s syndrome?
A
Löfgren’s syndrome is a type of acute sarcoidosis that is most accompanied by bilateral ankle arthritis, fever, and erythema nodosum, especially of the legs; chest radiography will commonly reveal bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy.
