“Vibrant Peach-Citrus Sangria with Stoli Peachik & Pinot Grigio”
Batch Procedure: Fill Goblet with ice, so that ice is above the rim. Top with batches Sangria Mix stopping 1/2 inch below the rim of the glass. Garnish and serve.
Made to order recipe: 1/2 oz Bacardi Silver Rum 1/2 oz Stolichnaya Peach Vodka 1/2 oz Citrus Agave Blend 1/2 oz Monin Peach Peach Purée 3 1/2 oz Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio
Garnish: Seasonal Orange Wheel, 1 Tsp. Pomegranate Seeds & 3 Strawberry Quaters

“A Fresh Passion fruit & Citrus infused moscato Sangria”
Batched Procedure:
Fill goblet with ice, so that ice is above the rim.
Top with batched Sangria mix stopping 1/2” below rim of glass. Garnish and serve.
Made to Order Recipe: 1/2 oz New Amsterdam Vodka 1/2 oz Aperol 1/2 oz Citrus Agave Blend 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup 2 oz La Perlina Moscato

“Honey-Melon, Hennessy Cognac & Pinot Noir Sangria”
Batched Procedure:
Fill goblet with ice, so that ice is above the rim.
Top with batched Sangria mix stopping 1/2” below rim of glass. Garnish and serve.
